Boiled potatoes in a creamy yogurt sauce. |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 clove
pinch of asafetida
1/2 tea. of salt
1/2 tea. of mango powder
4 large potatoes
Procedure:
Boil the potatoes. Allow to cool to handling temperature. Peel and break (not cut) the potatoes into chunks. Set aside.
Mix all of the spices with the yogurt and heat them slowly to a simmer. Add the chunks of potato to the heated mix and then add 2 cups of warm water. Simmer 10 min.
Serves four as a hearty luncheon with chapaties or parathas.
