This was my Maji, by far the gentlest, most holy person I ever met.Her life was one of constant dedication to the comfort of others. Her solace and strength was in prayer, her artistry in cooking and knitting. In both, she was tremendously inventive, accomplished and prolific. We celebrate her in these, her recipes and with recipes shared from family and friends who celebrate her life.
